SIHH 2015: Here Are 19 Of The New Watches We’ve Seen So Far


SIHH Panerai PAM580The 2015 edition of Geneva’s Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) kicks off tomorrow, and WatchTime will be reporting live on the new watches introduced at the fair. German luxury watch brand A. Lange & Sohne has unveiled three new models in its elegant, understated Saxonia collection. The new-generation versions of the Saxonia, Saxonia Automatic, and Saxonia Dual Time all feature subtly redesigned dials, with two models also sporting new case dimensions. The newest Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Concept watch, the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Concept “Acoustic Research” is a unique prototype piece that is the result of an eight-year program to develop the “perfect” minute repeater sound volume. You can read more here.

Cartier will unveil a new version of its Astrotourbillon concept, the Cartier Rotonde de Cartier Astrotourbillon Skeleton, which lays bare the workings of its unusual rotating tourbillon mechanism, suspending it in in the skeletonized movement. Click here for more photos and technical details.

    Amazing timepieces. Watches have its own authenticity which signifies its importance. Cartier & Audemars are among my favorites.
