Grieb & Benzinger has made a custom version of its Polaris watch (from their 2011 Boutique Collection) at the request of an Arabian watch collector and horse enthusiast. The watch collector wanted the timepiece to match his saddle, especially made for him, as well as his made-to-measure riding boots and the steel parts of the riding harness. Grieb & Benzinger achieved this look with a white gold and honey brown color scheme, using white gold and palladium alloy for the case and bezel. The dial features a white Breguet frosted finish, and the skeletonization, guilloché and engraving were all completed by hand.
