Watch the 2020 GPHG Ceremony, Live From Geneva

Tonight is the night: It’s time for the awards ceremony of the 2020 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG), often described as the “Oscars of Watchmaking.”

“The main purpose of the Foundation of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) is to highlight and yearly reward the most remarkable contemporary creations and promote the watchmaking art worldwide.”

Tune in today for the live stream of the show, beginning at 6:30 PM CET (12:30 PM ET / 9:30 AM PST). Follow this link for an overview of the 84 competing watches (these nominated watches have been selected by more than 300 members of the watch industry).

While most of the exhibition took place in real life, the award ceremony will be streamed exclusively online due to increased Covid-19 restrictions in Geneva.

Follow this link for a look back at how the event started, the performance of the competing brands and, just as important, how much the event has evolved over the last two decades.
