Sponsored: Visit the GPHG 2023 Nominees Exhibition at Watches of Switzerland Soho

Ahead of the November award ceremony for the GPHG, or the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève, Watches of Switzerland Soho will be holding an exclusive exhibition of the nominated watches from October 18th to 22nd. The GPHG is the premiere awards event in the watch industry, being affectionally known as the Oscars of watchmaking, highlighting leading watchmakers and their creative mechanical work.

Each year, the GPHG’s organizing foundation honors the nominees with a round-the-world celebration of contemporary watchmaking vitality, creativity, and excellence via a global roadshow of nominated timepieces. As part of Watches of Switzerland’s partnership with the GPHG, the esteemed retailer will host North America’s exclusive exhibition of nominees from 14 of the 15 categories of the 2023 awards. This will be the first exhibition of the GPHG 2023 nominees in North America, and further will represent the only public access opportunity to the collection of praised and prestigious horological pieces.

As part of the larger series of global exhibitions, this upcoming Watches of Switzerland event enables an international audience to view and admire the most interesting watches produced during the year – which encompasses an array of exceptional and sometimes unique timepieces specially gathered for these occasions – as well as to share moments of horological culture in the company of experienced experts.

Nominated watches across the fourteen awards categories include timepieces from Arnold & Son, Chopard, IWC, Audemars Piguet, Ferdinand Berthoud, De Bethune, Parmigiani Fleurier, Breitling, Van Cleef & Arpels TAG Heuer, Bulgari, Laurent Ferrier, Bovet 1822, Massena Lab, Grand Seiko, Tudor, Louis Erard, Seiko, and many more
