TAG Heuer Celebrates Carrera Collection 50th Anniversary Written byWatchTimeMarch 19, 2013 The TAG Heuer Carrera collection celebrated its 50th anniversary at Highline Stages in New York City. TAG Heuer President & CEO Ulrich Wohn and honorary chairman Jack Heuer were joined by several VIP guests, including “Downton Abbey’s” Dan Stevens, for a night of cocktails. The 50th Anniversary Jack Heuer Limited Edition, which will be shown at Baselworld 2013. Attendees were able to browse the new 2013 Carrera line, as well as rare vintage TAG Heuer Carrera pieces on special loan from the TAG Heuer Historical Museum in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, surrounded by a private selection of new and vintage Porsche automobiles representing the milestone anniversary. Ulrich Wohn gave a welcoming speech, which was followed by Jack Heuer sharing stories behind the brand and the collection’s inception, including stories of his times with racing legends like the Rodriguez brothers, Juan-Manuel Fangio, and others.
