In this day and age, it takes serious guts to introduce a product without any visible branding. Whether we like it or not, brands and their perception have become intrinsic to our everyday lives. This is even more true in the luxury world, as the brand can be one of the main selling points of the product.

While H.Moser & Cie. is rooted in tradition, the brand has a refreshing marketing approach. It also has the confidence to launch products without any visible branding, as the brand believes that its identity is so implicit in its designs that its products are immistakeably H.Moser & Cie.

One great example of this is the Endeavour Centre Seconds Concept Lime Green. This stunning, 40mm large stainless steel watch is part of the larger Endeavour collection. In the world of H.Moser & Cie. this means that its style can best be described as contemporary.

While the watch features a very well-designed case, attention is immediately drawn to the stunning dial, which appears to be very vibrant lime green. H.Moser & Cie. actually uses three different colored pigments to create enamel with a fumé effect. The dial has a hammered texture which gives the Grand Feu enamel even more play of light and allows it to shine in different hues. This mesmerizing effect is heightened by the minimalism of the dial, which omits indices or other designs, apart from its three hands.

It is quite exceptional that the brand has been able to create such a powerful brand image that it is recognized so easily. The only part of the watch that explicitly reveals its branded identity is on the reverse, where an exhibition caseback reveals the mechanism.

The Endeavour Centre Seconds Concept Lime Green is fitted with caliber HMC 200, which features their signature double hairspring. The movement is beautiful and robust at the same time, equipped with a full-size oscillating weight that can wind the mainspring up to its maximum power reserve of a very generous 72 hours. This makes the Endeavour Centre Seconds Concept Lime Green a concept of confidence that ticks so many boxes that there is rightfully no need to brand it visually.

The price of the Endeavour Centre Seconds Concept Lime Green is CHF 25,000 (approximately $25,500).
