The Grand Prix d’Horlogerie — a.k.a “The Oscars of Watchmaking” — wrapped up in Geneva last night and we have the scoop on everything you need to know about this year’s champions. The winner of the prized Aiguille d’Or? The Chopard L.U.C Full Strike, a watch that our own Norma Buchanan reviewed earlier this year after it premiered at Baselworld. It’s Chopard’s first minute repeater and given its huge success should be a sign of higher complications to come from the brand. Scroll down to read the rest of our coverage of this year’s best watches and sound off in the comments if your favorite watch of 2017 got snubbed.
