  1. I hope this message can pass to the President/CEO, Stewart Wicht !

In December 2014, I bought a brand new Rolex watch from Reeds Jewelers in Village at Sandhills (Columbia, sc) for my 30 years marriage anniversary. Only about a year, one day I noticed some small cracks on the edge of crystal. I send to the store and got it fixed. About a year later the exact same thing happen again! This time (early of this year) I decided to get rid of it. It is like black hole, it is too much for me to bear. Because each time it costs about $1000.

The Jeweler dealer I was going to sell to, told me it was very old watch. I was stunned! The brand new Rolex watch I bought in December 2014 already 9 years old!! My heart sank. The reputation of Rolex Watch quality and service was shattered right of way!

I need help, I need justice!
