As the end of 2022 approaches, Nomos Glashütte releases an intriguing new version of the Ludwig Neomatik 41 Date featuring a rare Roman-numeral date indication. Considering the small dimensions of the date window, this is a challenging task, given that Roman numerals require much more space than Arabic ones. Thanks to the patented date-ring design placed around the movement, the Nomos 6101 self-winding caliber, even the number XXVIII (28) can be displayed in a highly legible and harmonious fashion.

In addition, the movement includes a mechanism that allows for the quick adjustment of the date in both directions. At just 3.6mm tall, this manufacture caliber offers high-quality finishings in accordance with Glashütte fine watchmaking tradition.
The sleek, polished steel case measures a mere 7.7mm and is attached to a leather strap crafted from Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan. The new Ludwig Neomatik 41 Date will retail for $4,000.
