An Aquatic Jewel from the Past: Alpina Introduces Its Latest Seastrong Diver 300 Heritage

In 2016, Alpina revived a magnificent diver’s watch from 1969: the Compressor 10 Seastrong. At the time of its introduction, the statement piece offered convincing features, such as a water-resistance to 200 meters, antimagnetic properties and an expressive luminous dial.

The Seastrong Diver 300 Heritage adopts the signature attributes such as the internal diver’s bezel, the compressor case, the box-style sapphire crystal and the arrow-shaped minute hand. Reflecting the reduced instrument-like appearance of its historic predecessor in bold shades of khaki green, it combines it with modern-day advancements, such as a water-resistance of 300 meters and the self-winding caliber AL-520, which is based on the Sellita SW200.

The the 42mm stainless steel Seastrong Diver 300 Heritage is equipped with a green rubber strap and retails for $1,695.
