A. Lange & Söhne

A. Lange & Söhne is a premium watch brand based in Glashuette, Germany. Founded in 1845 it today is owned by the Richemont Group (Vacheron Constantin, IWC, Panerai, Piaget). In the early years, Lange produced pocket watches, followed later by large military wrist watches. All A Lange & Soehne watches contain mechanical calibers and, with gold or platinum cases. A Lange Sohne calibers are entirely developed in-house with multiple bridges and cocks, Geneva wave decoration, three-quarter plates, Glashütte stripes.

Eternal Time: 6 Modern Perpetual Calendar Watches

In modern watchmaking, a perpetual calendar indicates the date, and corrects automatically for months with less than 31 days, as well as leap years.
