Renowned independent watchmaker Konstantin Chaykin, in collaboration with Ineichen Auctioneers, is set to showcase an exceptional collection of timepieces and sketches at the upcoming auction to be held at this year’s Geneva Watch Days. This carefully crafted event will take place on August 29, 2023, at 13:00 CET, in the at the Rotonde du Mont Blanc, Quai du Mont Blanc 10, in Geneva. Watch enthusiasts are also welcome to join the auction online.
The auction promises to be a momentous occasion with 15 exclusive lots presented to discerning collectors and enthusiasts. Among these exceptional items are a selection of intriguing timepieces and original sketches, crafted by Konstantin Chaykin. Among them are:
The Smilodon Watch: A limited edition timepiece inspired by the prehistoric saber-toothed tiger, showcasing unique functions and paying homage to an ancient predator.
The Tourbillon 55 Clock: A precision masterpiece with a hidden message for ham radio enthusiasts, reminiscent of Konstantin Chaykin’s youth.
