Yesterday a contingent of WatchTime staffers paid a visit to BMW North America at its HQ in northern New Jersey. In between business meetings, prepared presentations, and question-and-answer sessions about the luxury wriswatch and luxury automobile worlds (BMW is an official partner in WatchTime’sInside Basel-Geneva collector events), several of us, including your humble digital media editor, had the opportunity to test-drive some of the company’s coolest cars. My favorite was the sleek, sporty and powerful M6, pictured below… and even though the congested highways and winding backroads of New Jersey are a far cry from the Autobahn, getting behind the wheel of this high-performance powerhouse was an exhilarating experience. We’re currently working with BMW on a way for WatchTime fans to have an opportunity to drive some of these high-end vehicles as well. Stay tuned…

Love your magazine, but would love to see more articles and pictures that feature vintage collectables high quality watches, pocket and wrist. There are many hundreds of thousand collectors and future collectors all over the world, that would enjoy this type of subject matter. I believe this would put you heads and shoulders ahead of the other specialty watch magazines,I subscribe to most, and see very few articles dedicated to older watches. I have been involved with restoring vintage and antique watches for 42. Years, and have contact with collectors all over the world, and they have voiced this to me for years. Thanks in advance for considering my request, best regards, Gordon Schultz, San Antonio,Texas member of NAwCC and AWCi for over 30 years.
