Junghans Introduces Meister Fein Automatic Edition Erhard

Junghans commemorates the 200th birthday of its company founder, who was born in the Black Forest on Jan. 23, 1823, with two Meister Fein Automatic Edition Erhards. Limited to 200 pieces each, they are presented in a 39.5mm case in either white or yellow gold. The polished white dial carries the historic Junghans logo from 1910 and is distinguished by extremely elongated Roman numeral indexes. A date window is discreetly integrated at 3 o’clock.

The construction of the case is equally understated, seamlessly blending together the front and back, each made of a spherically cut sapphire crystal, to form a perfect discus shape. The anniversary editions are powered by a rhodium-plated automatic movement featuring a rotor engraved with a portrait of Erhard Junghans.

Retail for the new Junghans Meister Fein Automatic Edition Erhard limited editions is approximately $8,800 when converted to USD.
