Ralph Lauren Watch & Jewelry Joins Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie

p150Ralph Lauren Watch & Jewelry has, in a few short years, joined its more well-established brethren in the Richemont Group as a full-fledged member of the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie, making it the 28th partner-brand of the FHH.

The Ralph Lauren Corporation joined forces with the Richemont Group to form Ralph Lauren Watch & Jewelry in 2008, with the goal of creating and distributing fine watches and jewellery through Ralph Lauren boutiques and select independent retailers. The brand unveiled its first collections, Ralph Lauren Stirrup, Ralph Lauren Slim Classique, and Ralph Lauren Sporting, at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) in 2009, and has since established itself in international markets, including 25 countries and in major cities around the world including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Paris, London, Milan, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo.

As if to prove its horological bonafides, Ralph Lauren introduced both a COSC-certified chronometer and a tourbillon watch at this year’s SIHH.
