Antiquorum to Sponsor Geneva Time Exhibition

Auction house Antiquorum will serve as an official sponsor of the Geneva Time Exhibition (GTE), a watch exhibition running concurrently with the larger, better-known SIHH watch salon in January, which showcases smaller, independent watchmakers. Since its launch in January 2010, the GTE’s stated goal has been to bring together the leading independents under one roof, giving them the opportunity to raise their international profile, boost sales, and attract new clients – both professional and private.

It will be the first time that Antiquorum is partnering with GTE, and as the only auction house listed as an official sponsor of the show, Antiquorum plans to support the brands further by displaying some pieces in its Geneva showroom (which is open to the public), at 3 rue du Mont-Blanc, from January 15 to February 11. The Geneva Time Exhibition itself will be relocating to the Bâtiment des Forces Motrices in the heart of Geneva.

“We at Antiquorum are proud to support the GTE,” said Julien Schaerer, watch expert and managing director, Antiquorum Geneva. “The exhibition is an important part of the watchmaking community and upholds the values we all share – the importance of independence, creativity and the art of fine watchmaking.”
