Louis Erard Adds to 2340 Collection with the Mauve and Forest Editions

Louis Erard expands its 2340 collection with the new Mauve and Forest editions. Integrated design, lightweight materials, and distinctive textured dials define the latest additions.

Introduced in 2025 and named after the postal code of Le Noirmont, the Swiss Jura village where Louis Erard is based, the 2340 Collection marked a new direction for the independent watchmaker. With its integrated bracelet, streamlined profile, and carefully considered mix of materials, it opened a fresh chapter in the brand’s design language. Now, Louis Erard adds two new dial executions—Mauve and Forest—that bring distinct personalities to the collection while remaining faithful to its minimalist approach.

The Mauve edition embraces a soft purple tone enhanced by an oblong stamped pattern that adds depth and texture to the lacquered dial. The result is subtle yet expressive, with changing reflections that bring the surface to life. The Forest version takes a more graphic approach. Its deep green dial features a horizontal stamped texture that emphasizes the watch’s architectural lines and gives the design a stronger visual presence. While one feels softer and more organic, the other appears more structured and contemporary. Both models feature rhodium-plated indexes and hands with blue-emission Superluminova, along with the satin-finished plate engraved with the “LE” logo at 3 o’clock, a signature detail of the collection.

A defining element of the 2340 is its first-ever integrated bracelet. Constructed from titanium and stainless steel, the five-link design flows seamlessly into the case and consists of no fewer than 92 individual components. The combination of brushed titanium and polished steel creates a refined interplay of light while keeping the watch comfortable on the wrist.

The 40mm case follows the same philosophy. Lightweight titanium forms the foundation, while polished stainless-steel accents on the bezel, lugs, crown, caseback, and center bracelet links provide visual definition.

Powering both models is the automatic Sellita SW300-1. Measuring only 3.6mm in height, the caliber allows the watch to maintain a slim overall profile of just 8.95mm. Operating at 4 Hz, it delivers approximately 56 hours of power reserve and features a custom openworked rotor bearing the black-lacquered Louis Erard emblem. The 2340 Mauve (Ref. 35123TA12.BMT12) and  2340 Forest (Ref. 35123TA03.BMT12) are priced at CHF3,250 without taxes or approximately $4,000 when converted to USD.
