Czapek expands its Antarctique collection with the Tourbillon Victory Green, a limited edition born from a bespoke commission. The design pairs the warm tone of 18k 2N yellow gold with a deep green dial featuring the brand’s distinctive “Singularité” guilloché pattern. Beneath the intricate surface, the in-house self-winding Caliber 9 is equipped with a flying tourbillon. Limited to ten numbered pieces, the complication model will be unveiled on October 14, 2026, and presented to collectors at  WatchTime New York 2026, taking place from October 16–18 at Gotham Hall.

A Collector’s Vision in Yellow Gold and Green

The Antarctique Tourbillon Victory Green  began as a unique commission from a collector who envisioned an Antarctique Tourbillon with a yellow gold case, a forest-green dial, and a design that places the mechanics at the forefront. The finished watch made such an impression that Czapek decided, with the collector’s approval, to produce a limited series based on the original design. The 40.5mm case is crafted from 18k 2N yellow gold and measures 11.5mm in height. Box-shaped sapphire crystals on the front and back provide views of the dial and movement, while the water resistance is rated to 50 meters. An integrated yellow gold bracelet with Czapek’s Easy Release system completes the design. An alligator leather or rubber strap is also available as an alternative.

Craftsmanship Meets Green Vortex

The dial’s defining feature is the “Singularité” pattern, developed by Czapek in collaboration with specialist dial maker Metalem. Unlike a traditional guilloché rosace, in which the engraved lines radiate from a single point, the pattern shifts its point of origin with each pass of the lathe. The resulting lines draw the eye toward the flying tourbillon, creating a mesmerizing impression of depth and movement. The intricate engraving is executed on a base made from a proprietary “Secret Alloy,” with a PVD treatment providing the intense forest-green color. Green hour markers and partially skeletonized hands, both filled with Super-LumiNova, maintain the dial’s cohesive appearance. It goes without saying that the flying tourbillon, which rotates within a convex titanium cage, takes center stage. The exposed mechanics further enhance the technical character of the watch, with the gear train and barrel clearly visible on the dial side and arranged along a single vertical axis.

A Beautifully Finished Manufacture Movement with an Impressive Power Reserve

On the reverse side of the caliber, the 18k gold rotor echoes the impression of floating, its convex surface hand-engraved with an intricate design. Caliber 9, which operates at 3 Hz and delivers an impressive 100-hour power reserve, marked a new stage in the brand’s technical evolution as the first Czapek movement not only designed, conceived and constructed in-house, but also machined mostly in-house. The movement’s finishing includes sandblasted, blackened, satin-finished, and hand-beveled bridges, as well as six inward angles. The Czapek Antarctique Tourbillon Victory Green is limited to ten numbered pieces and will be available through selected authorized retailers, the brand’s Geneva boutique, and Czapek’s online store. It is priced at CHF98,000 or $117,860 with the integrated gold bracelet, CHF73,600 or $88,514 with an alligator leather strap, and CHF69,600 or $83,704 with a rubber strap, before taxes.
