Tutima Glashütte Expands the Patria Line with Three New Titanium Models
Geneva Watch Days
During Geneva Watch Days 2025, Tutima Glashütte has unveiled three new additions to its sophisticated Patria collection, this time crafted from titanium. With this move, the Saxon manufacture combines the elegance of traditional Glashütte watchmaking with the advantages of a modern, lightweight material. Each of the new dress watches embodies a distinct aesthetic expression while staying rooted in the heritage of German fine watchmaking. The polished Grade 5 titanium case measures 41millimeters in diameter, offering robustness, scratch resistance, and hypoallergenic properties, all while remaining exceptionally light on the wrist. A gently curved case flank protects the fluted crown, while the slightly domed, anti-reflective sapphire crystal safeguards the dial.
Patria 6612-05
The three new models are distinguished by their dial and strap combinations, each radiating a unique character:
Reference 6612-01: Anthracite dial with black calfskin strap
Reference 6612-03: Graphite-gray dial with gray sheepskin strap
Reference 6612-05: Silver-white dial with light brown sheepskin strap
All three dials feature a fine pyramid texture that creates a play of light and shadow. A circularly grooved small seconds display and an outer minute track add depth, while diamond-cut indices and hand-polished hands filled with white Super-LumiNova complete the composition. At night, the luminous material glows in a striking blue.
Caliber Tutima 617
TutimaAt the heart of the new Patria watches is the in-house hand-wound caliber Tutima 617. Comprising 171 components, the movement is a showcase of traditional Glashütte craftsmanship. It features a screw balance with a hand-bent Breguet overcoil and operates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, delivering a power reserve of at least 65 hours.
Visible through the sapphire crystal case back, the movement reveals classic Glashütte details: a three-quarter plate with Glashütte ribbing, hand-chamfered edges, and jewels set in screwed gold chatons. The anchor, produced in Tutima’s Glashütte atelier, transfers energy from the gear train to the balance, while the entirely hand-shaped Breguet hairspring underscores the depth of artisanal skill invested in each movement.
The three titanium Patria models are each priced at €8,600 or approximately $10,000 when converted to USD.
