Perhaps the most iconic release from watchmaker Panerai in the history of the brand is the Luminor. Now, the luxury manufacture expands this family with a new GMT model whose Italian name, the Luminor BiTempo, might just make the hearts of Paneristi beat faster.

Two colorways of the watch join the collection, a blue sun-brushed face (PAM01361) and a matte black dial (PAM01360), both presented in stainless steel cases with a brand typical diameter of 44mm. The watch offers water resistance to 300 meters and a dual-time zone functionality.

In both variants, the Luminor BiTempo features a GMT function that indicates the time in a second time zone via a lume blue hand. The same hue is displayed by the hand of the power reserve indicator, which is located between 4 and 5 o'clock. Three Arabic numeral hour markers, along with other, non-numeral indices shine in a light green hue.

Both watches are powered by Panerai's automatic movement caliber P.9012, which amasses a power reserve of 72 hours and is fully visible through the sapphire crystal display case back.

The new Panerai Luminor BiTempo retails for $10,000. The watch offers an alligator leather strap that is color-coordinated to its dial and also includes an additional rubber strap.
