Breitling Unveils Festive Gold Capsule Collection

Five exclusive red-gold models join the Navitimer and Premier collections for the holiday season.

Just in time for the festive season, Breitling introduces a new Gold Capsule Collection comprising three Navitimer and two Premier models. Crafted entirely from 18-karat red gold, the five limited-edition timepieces combine dial colors and movements that have never before appeared together in the brand’s lineup. Each watch is COSC-chronometer certified and available exclusively through select boutiques and online.

Navitimer B01 Chronograph 41

The Navitimer B01 Chronograph 41 stands out with its rich brown dial, elegantly contrasted by white subdials and framed by the model’s signature circular slide rule. Its 41mm × 13.6mm case is rendered completely in red gold and paired with a brown alligator strap featuring a matching folding clasp. Inside beats Breitling’s in-house Caliber 01, operating at 28,800 vph and offering a power reserve of 70 hours.  The automatic manufacture movement features a column wheel, a vertical clutch, and a date display. A screw-down sapphire back reveals its refined finishing and skeletonized rotor. Pricing is marked at $22,300.

The Navitimer Automatic 36 brings a more compact and contemporary feel to the collection. Its green dial and color-matched slide rule add a fresh twist. The watch is housed in a 36mm × 11.42mm red-gold case. Power comes from the Breitling Caliber 17, paced at 28,800 vph and supplying a 38-hour power reserve. Fitted with a green alligator leather strap and a red-gold pin buckle, the Navitimer Automatic 36 is priced at $14,100.

Premier B01 Chronograph 42 Gold Capsule

The Premier B01 Chronograph 42 introduces a striking navy-blue dial, complemented by tone-on-tone sub dials and a date window at 6 o'clock. Measuring 42mm in diameter and 13.6mm in height, the case is water-resistant to 100 meters and topped with a domed sapphire crystal, a feature shared across the collection. Through the screw-down sapphire case back, the in-house Caliber 01. A brown alligator strap with a red-gold folding clasp completes the elegant look. The Premier B01 Chronograph 42 is priced at $22,500.

Premier B09 Chronograph 40 Gold Capsule

With its deep green dial and matching counters, the Premier B09 Chronograph 40 brings classic styling with a mechanical twist: inside ticks the hand-wound Breitling Caliber B09, delivering a 70-hour power reserve at 28,800 vph. Like the automatic B01, it features a column wheel and vertical clutch, visible through the sapphire case back.
