Sinn Spezialuhren's U50 series stands for robustness, functionality, and aesthetic clarity in a comfortably wearable 41mm diameter. The new U50 B from the Frankfurt-based watchmaker brings together the officially certified technical qualities of a professional diving watch with a cool new colorway. Its matte blue dial prioritizes legibility, while the white hour markers and hands—coated with  luminescence that emits a green glow in the darkness and underwater—stand out in clear contrast. The distinctive design emphasizes the U50 B’s character as a precision instrument and gives the 500m diver watch a recognizably unique identity. At 3 o’clock, a discreet date display integrates seamlessly, enhancing the timepiece’s everyday practicality. The result is a coherent overall design with exceptional readability.

True to Sinn’s no-nonsense approach, the U50 B pairs engineering excellence with thoughtful design. The case, pressure-tested to 50 bar or 500 meters, is crafted from high-strength, seawater-resistant submarine steel—a material normally reserved for challenging maritime situations. Its exceptional strength and anti-magnetic properties offer maximum resistance to saltwater and pressure. The crown is positioned at 4 o’clock for comfort, preventing pressure marks on the wrist. The unidirectional diver’s bezel with minute ratcheting is securely attached to the case, preventing detachment even under heavy impacts. It is enhanced with Sinn’s Tegiment technology for extra scratch resistance. Well protected, the tried-and-tested self-winding SW 300-1 caliber ensures precise timekeeping.
