H. Moser & Cie. Introduces the Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date
Three complications, one intuitive display
At H. Moser & Cie., complications are never included merely to demonstrate technical prowess. Instead, the independent Schaffhausen-based manufacture strives to make sophisticated mechanics as intuitive and effortless to use as possible. The new Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date exemplifies this philosophy. Bringing together three useful complications—a flyback chronograph, a second time zone, and a date display—the watch conceals its technical sophistication behind a remarkably uncluttered dial.
Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date
H. Moser & Cie.Flyback Chronograph with Central Minutes and Seconds Hands
The most distinctive feature of the Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date is the way it displays information. Like the Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic, the chronograph indications are arranged centrally, eliminating the need for traditional subdials. A red central hand records elapsed seconds, while a rhodium-plated hand tracks elapsed minutes. This intuitive approach preserves the calm, balanced appearance of the dial while allowing elapsed time to be read instantly. The flyback mechanism enables the wearer to stop, reset, and immediately restart a timing sequence with a single press of the pusher.

H. Moser & Cie.The second time zone is integrated just as discreetly. It is displayed via a centrally positioned Blackor fumé disc, where a subtle white arrow indicates the reference time. Contrasting beautifully with this display is the turquoise fumé dial with sunburst finish. A fine minute track along the outer edge and a tachymeter scale on the rehaut reinforce the watch’s instrument-like character, while slender hands coated with Superluminova maintain the overall elegance of the design. The date display is equally understated, positioned neatly at 6 o’clock.
Powering the watch is the newly developed hand-wound Caliber HMC 730, which delivers a power reserve of 72 hours from its twin-barrel construction. Developed jointly by H. Moser & Cie. and renowned complication specialist Agenhor, the movement is based on the HMC 902 architecture but has been extensively reworked.
By eliminating the automatic winding system and rotor, the movement gains additional space for the elegant integration of the dual-time indication and date display. Technical highlights include a column-wheel-controlled chronograph and Agenhor’s proprietary friction-wheel system, which ensures exceptionally smooth engagement and prevents chronograph hand stutter.
Visible through the sapphire-crystal caseback, the movement consists of 383 components and showcases meticulous finishing throughout. Anthracite Moser double stripes, partially skeletonized bridges, and the open architecture provide an impressive view of the mechanical complexity beneath.
