To mark the 25th anniversary of its esteemd 356 Pilot watch, Sinn Spezialuhren is launching a limited edition of this chronograph with a bicompax layout. Also known as the 356 FLIEGER Klassik Jubiläum, or one of the German watch brand's most popular chronographs since its launch in 1998, the watch has an interesting story to tell. It all started with a special edition in an exclusive series of 300 pieces for the Japanese market. In 1996, Sinn Spezialuhren developed an elegant and slimmer version of the pilot's chronograph 256 without a rotating bezel. The model 356 with the characteristic "FLIEGER" imprint on a matte black dial, bead-blasted stainless steel case and impact-resistant acrylic glass. This first model was equipped with the hand-wound Valjoux 7760 movement at the time.

The great success of this watch prompted the manufacturer to integrate the chronograph into the permanent collection. Two years later, the 356 FLIEGER model, now with automatic movement, pearl-blasted steel case, acrylic crystal and solid back, joined the Instrument Chronograph line. This model defined the parameters that have characterized this series up until today. A classic, elegant design with a clear aesthetics that is dedicated to the legibility of time and elapsed times.

This also applies to the new 356 FLIEGER Klassik Jubiläum. The highly domed cover crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides ensures a clear view of the distinctive anthracite dial - even in unfavorable lighting conditions. The bicompax layout is complemented by a quarter-second scale for short-time measurement.

Beating behind a sapphire crystal case back, it is protected against magnetic influence, it offers a power reserve of 56 hours.
