The new model uses RGM’s familiar Model 25 as a base design, which makes itself is a downsized variation of the brand’s larger Pennsylvania series style. The case is completely American made, featuring a 40mm diameter with elegantly curved-down lugs, ribbed sides, and a gracefully contoured. The case has been specifically designed to emphasize the dial's prominence, with a spacious opening allowing for an unobstructed view of the artistic motifs within. The timepiece is fitted with a Hirsch Performance strap, combining leather and rubber for durability and comfort.

At the heart of this exceptional timepiece lies a dial adorned with a captivating tiger motif, created using small pieces of differently colored stones for a unique display of marquetry work. Crafting such a dial requires a remarkable degree of skill and time, with each stone possessing its own hardness and challenges, demanding precision and finesse from the marquetry craftsmen. Incredibly delicate and difficult to work with, every individual stone piece must be cut delicately thin, meticulously shaped, and then polished. The result of this exacting labor is a miniature puzzle, where each precisely cut stone piece finds its place in a tiny mosaic, forming a stunning work of art crafted entirely from stone that’s particularly uncommon in the world of watches.

Beyond its artistic merit, the RGM Model 25 boasts notable mechanical specifications. The watch is powered by a Swiss-made ETA Caliber 2892-A2, with the automatic movement being heavily modified and finished by RGM. The mechanism features an extended power reserve of 53-56 hours at a frequency of 28,800 vph, ensuring reliable performance over an extended period. For decorations, the watch makes use of rhodium plating, Cote de Geneve, and perlage, each observable alongside a solid gold winding rotor.
