"Freelancer" stands for independence— both in name and spirit— and embodies the horological vision of Raymond Weil, founder of the Geneva-based independent and family-owned watch brand. Launched in 2007, the Freelancer collection has since become a showcase for a wide range of popular complications, including chronographs and world timers, as well as an expressive design palette featuring gradient dials and skeletonized models.

At Watches & Wonders 2025, Raymond Weil unveiled a refined new addition to the watch family: the Freelancer Complete Calendar. True to its name, this elegant timepiece displays the day, date, month, and moon phase, alongside the hour and minute. The day and date are presented in two seamlessly integrated windows, while the classically styled moon phase—with a traditional pointer date—is positioned gracefully at 6 o’clock.

The Freelancer Complete Calendar comes in two sophisticated variants: one in stainless steel with a blue sunray dial and matching metal bracelet, and the other in rose gold PVD-coated steel with a dune sunray dial and leather strap. The applied indices and hands are color-matched to the respective case finishes, enhancing the cohesive look.

Housed in a 40mm case that's water-resistant to 100 meters and only 10.15mm thick, the watch features a redesigned slim bezel. Powering the new models is the automatic RW328 movement with a 56-hour power reserve, visible through the sapphire crystal case back.

The Freelancer Complete Calendar will be available starting May 2025, with both iterations priced at $3,650
