Advancing a Legacy

Three is a charm, they say— and this rings certainly true when it comes to the Navitimer, one of the most famous pilot watches ever created. In 2026, Breitling presents a trio of new references that highlight the collection’s unique ability to bridge aviation heritage, contemporary design, and high watchmaking: the Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Tribute to Concorde alongside two Navitimer B19 Chronograph 43 Perpetual Calendar watches. Together, they reaffirm the Navitimer’s status as both a historical instrument and a modern flagship.

The Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Tribute to Concorde celebrates one of aviation’s most ambitious achievements. Introduced to mark the 50th anniversary of the Concorde’s first flight, the limited edition connects Breitling’s pilot’s chronograph with the supersonic aircraft that redefined commercial air travel. Originally developed during the jet age, the Concorde halved transatlantic flight times while cruising at twice the speed of sound and at altitudes of up to 60,000 feet. Its distinctive silhouette earned it the nickname “White Bird,” a reference echoed in the watch’s contrasting white subdials and inner slide rule.

The 43mm steel case is paired with a platinum bezel and houses the manufacture Caliber B01, a COSC-certified automatic chronograph with a column-wheel and vertical clutch, which offers a 70-hour power reserve. The deep blue dial reflects the stratospheric sky visible from the aircraft, while the engraving “One of 593” on the case back references the Olympus 593 engines that powered the Concorde. Production is limited accordingly to 593 pieces. Pricing is marked at $10,600, excl. taxes.

Complementing the tribute model, Breitling introduces two Navitimer B19 Chronograph 43 Perpetual Calendar watches—marking the collection’s highest level of mechanical sophistication. At their core is the manufacture Caliber B19, first unveiled in 2024 to mark the brand’s 140th anniversary. The movement combines a column-wheel chronograph with a full perpetual calendar and moonphase, capable of automatically accounting for leap years and varying month lengths. The COSC-certified caliber offers a 96-hour power reserve and features a one-step calendar adjustment via the crown, supplemented by correctors in the case flank.

Breitling offers the watch in two expressive iterations, with each model channelling a different altitude. A 75-piece limited edition in full platinum features a deep blue lacquered dial inspired by the stratosphere at high cruising altitudes, where the atmosphere thins, the sky deepens, and the Earth’s curvature becomes visible. The full platinum case is paired with a black outer slide rule and a contrasting white inner scale, drawing the eye toward the dial’s celestial center. It is fitted with a matching navy-blue alligator strap with a folding clasp. Pricing is marked at $52,000, excl. taxes.

The second execution, in stainless steel with a platinum bezel, is defined by its anthracite dial, reflecting the stillness and depth of space. It features the same high-contrast slide rule configuration and refined dial architecture and is delivered on a brown alligator strap or seven-row steel bracelet, underscoring its dramatic, cosmic tone. Pricing is marked at $31,700 and $32,200, excl. taxes.
