WatchTime offers an exclusive watchmaking journey you will never forget, from November 25 to December 3, in Switzerland and Germany. Not even the average German knows where Glashütte is located, yet this beautiful, hidden gem is one of the capitals of watchmaking. Once a small mining village, Glashütte stumbled upon haute horlogerie by accident, but then held on to this art - and today has firmly established its reputation among collectors, thanks to brands such as A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte Original, Nomos, Mühle, Tutima, Moritz Grossmann, among many others. From November 25 to November 28, WatchTime will open the guarded manufacture gates for you: join us for a unique opportunity to meet the brands and their watchmakers, enjoy the experience Glashütte like no one else. We will visit A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte Original, Nomos, and Tutima. See how watchmakers assemble new movements, how watch designs are being planned, go to  watchmaking workshops and engage in live sessions where you will become a watchmaker yourself. We will learn more about how the Wempe Observatory tests chronometers and finish the Glashütte tour in the town's world-class watch museum, with its many interactive exhibitions. We will finish the Glashütte tour with a visit of the “Dresdner Striezelmarkt,” the oldest Christmas Market of Germany with a tradition of 580 years. On November 29 we will fly from Dresden to Geneva, where we will continue our trip in the Vallée de Joux. There, we will experience this cradle of watchmaking up close, with visits to Vacheron Constantin, Blancpain, Zenith, and Jaeger-LeCoultre. Short, practical watchmaking exercises will help you to experience firsthand the challenges a watchmaker faces every day. You will have access to facilities that only a few other collectors have ever seen. For more information please contact[email protected]
