Raymond Weil Marks a Milestone with the Elegant Toccata Heritage Collection

The Geneva-based family-owned brand celebrates its upcoming 50th anniversary with a refined reinterpretation of its historic form watches, combining timeless elegance and Swiss craftsmanship at accessible prices.

In anticipation of its 50th anniversary in 2026, Raymond Weil is celebrating half a century of independent Swiss watchmaking with the launch of the new Toccata Heritage. The collection continues the brand’s nearly fifty-year legacy of form watches, reviving the signature oval shape that once defined its elegant creations. Inspired by music and guided by the vision of founder Raymond Weil, the collection reimagines a notably classic contemporary style.

At the heart of the collection is the Toccata Heritage 2280, a hand-wound mechanical model housed in a polished oval case measuring 37.7mm by 33mm and just 6.95mm thick. Its transparent sapphire case back reveals the finely finished RW4100 with blued screws and decorated bridges, echoing the elegance of 1970s Swiss watchmaking. The polished Dauphine hands with counterweights emphasize the harmony between technical precision and aesthetic grace. This model is offered with a sunray dial in silver, midnight blue, or copper, and is available in stainless steel or rose gold PVD. Retail prices start at $1,675.

The second model, the Toccata Heritage 5280, introduces a refined quartz version into the two-hand collection. Measuring 3 mm by 31.5mm with a slender profile of just 5.1 mm, it is available in five color variations, including midnight blue, burgundy, and aged silver, with the option of 60 lab-grown brilliant-cut diamonds (0.51 ct). Prices begin at $1,195.

Both models are equipped with calfskin leather straps featuring rounded edges and a newly designed pin buckle that mirrors the case shape. The shortened, streamlined lugs improve ergonomics and visual balance, while the crown is now adorned with a discreet monogram. Each element, from the domed bezel to the sunray-finished dial, expresses the harmony between musical inspiration and horological artistry — a central theme in Raymond Weil’s creative philosophy.
