Chronoswiss Celebrates Craftsmanship with Two New Strike Two Editions

Chronoswiss is once again showcasing its remarkable dedication to traditional watchmaking with the introduction of two new models: the Strike Two Stellar Blue and the Strike Two Nugget. These timepieces, of which each is limited to 100 pieces, reinterpret the brand’s signature regulator dial through a lens of exceptional artistry and meticulous attention to detail.

At the heart of both models are intricately hand-guilloché dials, crafted in the brand’s Lucerne-based atelier. Using historic rose engines that have been in operation for generations, skilled artisans engrave each dial by hand, creating a vibrant surface that catches and reflects light in captivating patterns. The Strike Two Stellar Blue reveals a mysterious elegance through its deep, cool blue hue, while the Strike Two Nugget offers a rich, golden-brown tone that radiates warmth and sophistication.

These textures form a striking backdrop for the iconic regulator layout, a hallmark design brought to the wristwatch by Chronoswiss founder Gerd-Rüdiger Lang in the 1980s. In this format, the hour, minute, and second indicators are separated for clarity and visual intrigue. A bold minute hand dominates the center of the dial, while the small seconds are positioned at 9 o’clock and the hour display at 3 o’clock. At the 3 o’clock position, a cut-out reveals a glimpse of the movement below, offering a direct view into the mechanical heart of the watch. Two exposed bridges reinforce the connection to the inner workings and add further visual depth to the watch’s architecture.

The watches are housed in 40-millimeter cases made from either polished stainless steel or warm red gold. Distinctive Chronoswiss design elements are immediately recognizable, including the fluted case flanks and the prominent onion crown— features that combine functional purpose with historical significance. Completing the design is a sapphire crystal caseback, a long-standing signature of the brand, which allows an unobstructed view of the finely decorated movement and serves as a reminder that true beauty often lies within.

Inside both models beats the automatic caliber C.6000, a movement originally introduced in 2003 in the Chronoswiss Delphis line and developed in collaboration with La Joux-Perret. This updated version is finished with a ruthenium coating, features a tungsten rotor, and displays a radiating Côtes de Genève pattern that echoes the dial’s guilloché design. It offers a power reserve of 55 hours, ensuring reliable performance alongside mechanical refinement.

Each watch is paired with a high-quality leather strap and is available now for pre-order on the Chronoswiss website. The Strike Two Stellar Blue is priced at CHF10,800 or approximately $13,200 when converted to USD, while the more exclusive Strike Two Nugget retails for CHF23,400 Swiss francs ($28,600).
