Doxa Revives the SUB 200 T.GRAPH

Nearly six decades after its debut, Doxa brings back one of the earliest dive chronographs. The new SUB 200 T.GRAPH II arrives with refined proportions, a Sellita automatic chronograph movement, and an expanded lineup that includes a new Caribbean Blue dial.

When Doxa introduced the SUB 200 T.GRAPH in 1969, dive watches were rapidly evolving into professional instruments, while chronographs remained largely confined to motorsport and aviation. Combining the two was anything but common. Now, almost 60 years later, the Swiss brand has revived the concept with the new SUB 200 T.GRAPH II. As is to be expected, the beautifully vintage-inspired reissue comes refined and modernized, benefiting from updated ergonomics, contemporary mechanics, and in-line with Doxa's forte, a broader range of dial options.

A Dive Watch with Short-Time-Measuring Capabilities

The original SUB 200 T.GRAPH was notable not because it was a chronograph, but because it integrated a chronograph into a professional dive watch without compromising underwater functionality. Dive time remained the responsibility of the unidirectional rotating bezel, while the chronograph offered an additional timing tool for use above the surface.

That distinction remains central to the SUB 200 T.GRAPH II. The dial displays hours, minutes, running seconds, a date at 6 o’clock, a 30-minute chronograph counter at 3 o’clock, and a 60-second counter at 9 o’clock. Legibility, a hallmark of the SUB collection and an essential requirement for any serious dive watch, remains a top priority. The different shapes and visual hierarchy of the hands — from the broad minute hand and arrow-tipped seconds hand to the distinctive markers — ensure that critical information can be read at a glance, both above and below the surface.

Refined Dimensions

The stainless-steel cushion-shaped case has been subtly reworked for improved wearability. Measuring 42mm in diameter, 44.5mm lug-to-lug, and 14.6mm thick, it is slightly smaller and thinner than its predecessor while retaining the characteristic presence of the original design. A screw-down crown and screw-in case back contribute to a water-resistance rating of 200 meters, maintaining the watch’s credentials as a capable dive instrument.

Caribbean Blue Joins the Collection

Alongside the familiar Professional orange, Sharkhunter black, and Searambler silver dials that defined the original T.GRAPH, the new generation introduces a fourth option: Caribbean Blue. Long associated with the SUB collection, the rich blue tone adds a fresh visual identity to the chronograph while remaining firmly rooted in DOXA’s heritage. All dial versions feature painted indices and hands filled with Superluminova for visibility in low-light conditions and are protected by sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coating.

Sellita-Powered Performance

Powering the SUB 200 T.GRAPH II is the automatic Sellita SW510 chronograph caliber. Operating at 4 Hz (28,800 vph), the movement offers approximately 56 hours of power reserve and is decorated to Doxa specifications.

Buyers can choose between Doxa's signature “beads of rice” bracelet, complete with folding clasp and wetsuit extension, or a rubber strap. On the Professional orange and Caribbean Blue models, the rubber strap is color-matched to the dial for a more integrated appearance. The SUB 200 T.GRAPH II joins the brand’s permanent collection and will be available from the end of June 2026. Prices are set at $4,290 on the “beads of rice” bracelet and $4,250 on a rubber strap.
