Bell & Ross is no stranger to thematic collaborations, and its latest partnership brings together two French names known for their dedication to craftsmanship and refined lifestyle accessories. The new BR-05 Chrono S.T. Dupont combines the brand’s unmistakable pilots-watch design with elegant hues from the world of cigars. Developed alongside S.T. Dupont—known for its luxury lighters, cigar cutters, and writing instruments—the limited edition blends mechanical watchmaking with a distinctly sophisticated aesthetic.

The watch is based on the familiar BR-05 Chrono platform, retaining the collection's signature square case with rounded corners and integrated design. Measuring 42mm in diameter and 14.25mm thick, the case combines stainless steel with accents in 18-karat rose gold, creating an elegant two-tone appearance that balances sportiness with luxury.

The cigar inspiration is most evident on the dial. Finished with a sunray-brushed surface, it displays a rich gradient that shifts from deep tobacco brown at the outer edge to warmer amber and caramel tones toward the center. The color palette is complemented by rose-gold-colored applied Arabic numerals and baton indexes, which stand out clearly against the darker background. Skeletonized hour and minute hands are also executed in rose gold and filled with beige Supeluminova for legibility in low-light conditions.

The dial follows a balanced bi-compax chronograph layout, with a 30-minute counter positioned at three o’clock and a running seconds display at nine o’clock. Both sub dials echo the case shape and feature a contrasting finish that adds depth and visual separation from the main dial surface. A date window is discreetly placed between four and five o’clock, preserving the symmetry of the design. S.T. Dupont’s logo appears above six o’clock.

Powering the BR-05 Chrono S.T. Dupont is Bell & Ross’s BR-CAL.326 automatic chronograph movement. Based on the proven Sellita SW510 architecture, the caliber beats at 4 Hz and delivers approximately 60 hours of power reserve. A sapphire crystal case back reveals the beautifully finished movement along with a specially decorated rotor created for this edition.

Each watch is delivered in a handcrafted Makassar ebony humidor capable of storing up to 50 cigars. The package also includes a matching Ligne 2 lighter and a cigar cutter from S.T. Dupont, both designed to complement the watch aesthetically. The result is a cohesive ensemble that extends beyond watchmaking and into the rituals associated with fine cigars.

Limited to just 150 pieces, the BR-05 Chrono S.T. Dupont is priced at $15,200 on a leather strap and $19,800 with the integrated two-tone bracelet.
