Tartan and Kilts: Breitling Drops Superocean Heritage ’57 Highlands Capsule Collection

Breitling announced a quartet of fresh interpretations of the Superocean Heritage ‘57, initially introduced in 2020, under the banner of the “Highlands Capsule Collection.” Exuding the vintage allure of the 1950s, these new creations boast a sleek 38mm case size and a slender 9.35mm height.

With a water resistance of 100 meters, they draw inspiration from the captivating hues of the Scottish Highlands, presenting a striking array of dial choices in radiant beige, green, mustard, and blue.

The additions to the retro-style collection feature stainless steel cases and scratch-resistant, color-coordinated ceramic bezels rimmed in 18k red gold. They are powered by the Breitling Caliber 10, based on Sellita SW300, and provide a power reserve of 42 hours and a COSC-certification.

The Breitling Superocean Heritage ’57 Highlanders are attached to tweed-inspired straps and supplied with an additional Milanese bracelet. The new watches retail for $6,250.

I really like the retro futuristic design, especially the brown variants.
