Tutima Glashütte unveils the Patria “Evergreen,” a limited edition of just 25 pieces from its esteemed manufacture line. First presented at this year’s Dubai Watch Week, the model combines exquisite craftsmanship in accordance with Glashütte fine watchmaking with the calming yet powerful presence of green, long a favorite for dials. Here, a finely textured pyramid pattern creates a dynamic play of light on it, shifting from deep moss to bright emerald. It makes for a cool backdrop for the applied and diamond-cut hour markers, along with hand-polished hands and the signature subsidiary seconds. For the first time, Arabic-Indic numerals appear at the four, eight, and twelve o’clock positions, giving the watch a subtle international character. The historical Tutima logo pays homage to the brand’s nearly century-long tradition. The anti-reflective sapphire crystal ensures optimal protection and a clear view of the dial.

Robustness and longevity have been central to Tutima’s identity since 1927— the brand name derives from the Latin word “tutus,” meaning safe and protected. Reflecting this heritage, the polished 41-millimeter case of the new Patria is crafted from Grade 5 titanium. This high-tech material combines lightness with exceptional strength and skin-friendliness.

Inside beats the in-house hand-wound caliber Tutima 617, a beautiful masterpiece of Glashütte watchmaking. The three-quarter plate features fine striping and hand-beveled edges, while rubies are set in gold chatons. The open-worked balance bridge reveals the escapement with a hand-bent Breguet hairspring. With a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and a power reserve of at least 65 hours, the movement guarantees precision and reliability.

The green theme continues on the alligator leather strap, paired with a titanium pin buckle. Pricing is marked at €8,900 or approximately $10,340 when converted to USD.
