Our modern pilot’s watch in a 36 mm case – reinterpreted, pure and extremely functional – with the DNA of the legendary STOWA pilot’s watches, which have been built almost unchanged since 1940. It is comfortable to wear and therefore perfect for everyday use.

The luminosity of the numerals and hands is guaranteed by the use of Super-luminova BGW9 luminous material. This has a white color in daylight and in the dark, the elements turn to a bright blue color. The larger version, the Flieger Verus 40, was awarded the Red Dot Design Award in 2019! Now in response to many customer requests, we can finally present the long-awaited smaller 36 mm version. The design picks up on the details of typical pilot’s watches, such as the luminous numerals and the luminous triangle with the two luminous dots – an aid for orientation at night.

No matter which configuration you choose in the end: Each one is created with great care at the company headquarters in Pforzheim and therefore bears the “Made in Germany” label. Each one builds on the long history of the STOWA brand, but is technically up to date. The best guarantee for a valuable investment in a timepiece with history and a future.
