Renewing its collaboration with the Common Wadden Sea Secretariat, Oris launches a limited-edition version of the evergreen Aquis diver’s watch. The beautiful dial of the Dat Watt Limited Edition II is inspired by the shades found in the salt marshes of this unique intertidal eco system in the southeastern part of the North Sea that is home to 2,300 species of flora and fauna and was awarded UNESCO World Heritage Site status in 2009. Dat Watt is a North Frisian dialect meaning "the tideland."

In addition to raising awareness, the Dat Watt Limited Edition II is a picture-perfect diver's watch. Based on the popular Aquis collection, its 43.5mm stainless steel case is water-resistant to 30 bar (300 meters) and equipped with a number of features designed to ensure safe underwater timekeeping. As is crucial for this genre, the automatic watch has a uni-directional rotating bezel for securely timing dives, with the minutes scale inserted on the grey tungsten bezel; a screwdown security crown with protection device; and luminescent hour and minute hands and indexes for great underwater legibility. The small seconds are shown on a subdial located at 9 o'clock.

In contrast to the first Dat Watt edition introduced at Watches and Wonders 2021, the newcomer does not offer tidal functions, however there is a clever and new date indication on a circle brought to life by a white dash. At the heart of the Dat Watt Limited Edition II ticks Oris self-winding, Sellita based caliber 874.

The Dat Watt Limited Edition II sits on a three-link metal bracelet equipped with an extension system and includes a blue rubber strap. Both can be worn over a wetsuit.
