Celebrating its 140th anniversary this year, Edox is reviving a bestseller from the golden era of motorsport with the Sportsman Chronographe Automatic. Evoking the expressive style of the motorsport chronographs of the 1970s, the 41mm stainless steel case, which is pressure-resistant to 30 bar, is a truthful recreation of the original design.

Its brushed details and polished sides create a captivating finish that accentuate the bold shape. The Milanese bracelet enhances the cool retro aesthetics.

The same rings true for the luminescent dial in a cool dashboard-style, with the two sub-dials echoing the distinctive shape. Available in blue and light gray and protected by a domed sapphire crystal, it also incorporates a tachymeter scale positioned on the flange for measuring distances.

The Sportsman Chronographe Automatic is driven by the self-winding Edox 08 caliber, based on the Sellita SW 510 BH b, which comes to life through the exhibition case back.
