Oris Celebrates Six Decades of Divers With Divers Sixty-Five 60th Anniversary Edition

After kicking off the new watch year in style with the charming ProPilot X Miss Piggy Edition, where the Muppet icon makes a spectacular appearance on the rotor of the automatic movement, Oris now follows up with a delightful edition of the Divers Sixty-Five. The Divers Sixty-Five 60th Anniversary Edition is released just in time for the 60th anniversary of the brand's first-ever dive watch, introduced in 1965 and reissued in 2015. Thanks to its successful retro design, combined with modern features and a top-quality automatic movement, it has become one of Oris’s most successful collections, carefully evolving based on the brand’s historical heritage. A great example of this evolution is the Divers Date, launched in the fall of 2024.

The 60th Anniversary Edition forgoes a date display. Its luminescent dial, with the four prominent Arabic numerals, reflects the unmistakable design language of the era. With great attention to detail, Oris highlights authentic features on the matte black background, such as the "Waterproof" inscription and the logo.

The stainless steel case, water-resistant to 100 meters, has a diameter of 40mm and a height of 12.8mm. The bi-directional rotating bezel with a 60-minute scale is furnished with a luminescent dot at the 12 o’clock position, which, like the distinct hands, indices, and numerals, is coated with Old-Radium Superluminova for enhanced legibility. Powering the Divers Sixty-Five is a Sellita-based automatic movement, well-protected behind a screwed-down case back, offering a 38-hour power reserve.

The Divers Sixty-Five 60th Anniversary Edition is equipped with a three-link metal bracelet as well as a black leather strap, providing versatility for different styles.

Pricing is marked at $2,500.
