The development of this watch required overcoming significant engineering challenges, particularly the integration of a GMT automatic movement without compromising its extreme water resistance or wearability. Oceaneva selected the highly sought-after Miyota 9075 high-beat 24-jewel automatic movement for its precision, reliability, and optimal thickness. The movement is manufactured in Japan. Miyota is owned by Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. This choice allowed the addition of a true GMT function (Traveler) while only marginally increasing the case versus their regular 6000m model.

Crafted for the discerning collector or the serious adventurer, the Oceaneva 6000m GMT is constructed from Grade 5 Titanium, a material 227% stronger and 40% lighter than stainless steel. The result is an incredibly durable yet lightweight watch, weighing only 4.7 ounces. Its unparalleled water resistance rating of 6,000 meters, a feat achieved by only a handful of brands worldwide, makes it the ultimate instrument for professional divers and thrill-seekers. The design is further enhanced by a high-grade, nearly scratchproof ceramic bezel, upgraded BGW9 Swiss Luminova, and a 6mm-thick domed sapphire crystal.

This exclusive series is limited to a total production of only 300 units due to the scarcity of the Miyota 9075 movement in bulk. The collection is available in six distinct dial colors, including a full lume dial, with each variant having a limited edition of 50 pieces. Each watch features an engraved case back with unique line art inspired by the Virginia Beach statue that originally influenced the brand.
