Watches and Wonders 2024: Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Vacheron Constantin Patrimony


This year at Watches and Wonders 2024, Vacheron Constantin is celebrating a significant milestone – the 20th anniversary of its Patrimony collection. The Patrimony, a prime example of Geneva’s finest watchmaking, is renowned for its perfectly balanced and sophisticated simplicity. Its design, inspired by the mid-last century, has stood the test of time, embodying the timeless elegance that is characteristic of Vacheron Constantin.

A highlight of the celebration is the unveiling of a the latest execution of the Patrimony Moon Phase Retrograde Date, presented in a 42.5mm white gold case. This exquisite timepiece combines the retrograde, or jumping back date display with a moon/phase display. These complication are elegantly presented on a sunburst-decorated dial in a new color tone called “old silver.”

The slim case, with a height of only 9.7 millimeters, houses Vacheron Constantin’s Caliber 2460 R31L. This hand-wound movement, visible through the sapphire crystal case back, is a testament to the brand’s commitment to superior craftsmanship and precision.

As is customary with the Swiss traditional brand, the watch carries the rare Geneva Seal, a regional distinction of quality that attests to its top-notch materials and exceptional craftsmanship. This seal is a guarantee that the timepiece meets the stringent standards set by the City and Canton of Geneva.
