The new Flieger Legacy T5 Chronograph brings Tutima Glashütte's modern expertise in titanium and its technical prowess in pilot watches dating back to the 1940s together into a new, distinctive chronograph. The grade 5 titanium chosen for this new pilot's chronograph is approximately 40% lighter than steel, hypoallergenic, anti-magnetic, scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and resistant to seawater and acids. These details help make the professional-grade timepiece as suitable for everyday challenges as all kinds of sports activities.

The black luminescent dial with the characteristic pilot's triangle at 12 o'clock is easy to read even in poor lighting conditions. It sports a classic trixcompax layout, with the 30-minute counter at 12 o'clock, the 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock, and the subsidiary seconds at 9 o'clock. Completing the ensemble is a date window at 3 o'clock. The dial is protected by a 2.2 mm thick, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Sapphire crystal is also found in the back of the case, which is pressure-tested to 10 atm and has a diameter of 41 mm. Thus, the automatic movement Cal. T310 with a gold seal rotor, the emblem of the Glashütte Manufacture, comes to life.
