Flying High: Chopard Enriches the Alpine Eagle Collection with New Executions
Chopard's Alpine Eagle sports watch collection, which is dedicated to the Swiss Alps and one of their most fascinating animal species, the eagle, welcomes a new dial color available for the 41-mm lineup. Like Aletsch Blue, Bernina Grey, and Absolute Black colorways which have preceded the latest addition, the new "Pine Green" is inspired by natural colors shaping the beauty of the Alpine biotope.
The expressive shade is highlighted by the signature texture distinguished by a radiating pattern, which evokes the eye of an eagle, and makes for a magnificent backdrop for the rhodium-plated or gold-plated hour-markers and hands enhanced with luminous coating. Positioned between 4 and 5 o’clock, the date is indicated on a color-coordinated disc.

The smaller case is 7.95 mm thick and water-resistant to 50 meters, with it housing the self-winding Chopard 09.01-C movement, beating at a precise 25,200 vibrations an hour (3.5 Hz). Endowed with a 42-hour power reserve, this caliber is also equipped with a stop-seconds function for accurate time-setting and earns a C.O.S.C. chronometer certificate for proven accuracy.
