Only Watch Raises €2,285,500 for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

The Only Watch auction held September 24 raised €2,285,500 (slightly under $3,350,000) for research into Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a childhood disease. In all, Patrizzi & Co. auctioned 34 exceptional timepieces at the event, which took place during the Monaco Yacht Show. A unique Patek Philippe ref. 5160 brought the top bid of €535,000.00 or more than $780,000. Other top sellers included a unique piece by BNB Concept for Confrérie Horlogère which brought €280,000 ($410,000) and a unique Cabestan Winch Tourbillon Vertical that sold for €220,000 ($322,000).
