In the 1950s, Mido gave its most powerful caliber the attractive name "Powerwind". In 2022, the Swiss brand revived this bestseller from yesteryear in the Multifort line as the Multifort Powermatic. Naturally, the contemporary collection boasts cutting-edge technology, currently driven by the Swatch Group Powermatic 80 caliber. Featuring the Nivachron balance spring, this automatic movement exhibits exceptional resistance to magnetic fields and offers an impressive power reserve of 80 hours.

The dial, adorned with faceted hour markers, three Arabic numerals, and a framed date display, seamlessly brings retro aesthetics to the forefront. In its latest iteration, it embraces a champagne hue, perfectly complementing the stainless steel case with a yellow gold tone, measuring 40 mm in diameter and attached to a color coordinated bracelet.
