Introducing the Nodus x Raven TrailTrekker Carbon
Forged by light, built for the trail
The latest TrailTrekker marks the fourth collaboration between Nodus Design Lab and Kansas-based Raven Watches. Since the partnership began, the two independent brands have combined Raven’s focus on robust, adventure-ready tool watches with Nodus’ expertise in product development and manufacturing. The result is a watch designed to transition seamlessly from the trail to international travel.
The new Carbon edition builds on the previous TrailTrekker models while introducing a more technical aesthetic. Its defining feature is the use of forged carbon fiber for both the fixed 24-hour bezel and the dial, giving every watch an individual pattern. Superluminova is infused into the forged carbon bezel, illuminating the engraved 24-hour scale in low-light conditions.

A purpose-built Case
The watch is housed in a gray DLC-coated 316L stainless-steel case with a matte finish. Measuring 39.5mm in diameter, 11.8mm in height, and 46.6mm from lug to lug, it strikes a balance between compact proportions and everyday wearability. Water-resistance is rated at 200 meters.

NodusThe forged carbon dial is complemented by bold, polished black gunmetal hour markers generously filled with Swiss Superluminova BGW9 for excellent legibility in all lighting conditions. Echoing the clarity of classic field watches, the clean layout is paired with broad luminous hands, while the red-tipped GMT hand provides an immediate visual reference for tracking a second time zone on the bezel. A box-shaped sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on its underside protects the dial, ensuring a clear view of the indications from every angle.

NodusFlyer GMT for Frequent Travelers
Powering the TrailTrekker Carbon is the Miyota 9075 automatic caliber, a so-called flyer GMT movement featuring an independently adjustable local hour hand. This allows travelers to change time zones quickly without stopping the movement or affecting the GMT display, making the watch particularly practical for international travel. Turning the watch over reveals a screw-down case back engraved with the caravan motif carried over from the original TrailTrekker—a nod to the collaboration’s inspiration and the overland journeys that shaped its adventurous spirit.
