Kissling, a native of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, is a seasoned microtechnology engineer with over two decades of experience at Swatch Group. With both an MBA and a Master’s in Luxury Management, his career began at Cartier, where he played a pivotal role in designing movements and managing all calibers. By 2022, Kissling was named Vice President of Omega, where he oversaw product development. His contributions include the launch of iconic timepieces such as the Seamaster James Bond “No Time To Die” and the 60th anniversary edition of the Seamaster, the revival of the legendary Caliber 321, and the creation of the widely celebrated Speedmaster Snoopy and Chrono Chime models. Additionally, he played a key role in cross-functional initiatives, including projects with Swatch and the development of Swatch Group's proprietary precious metal alloys.
