Audemars Piguet is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Chronograph with a new execution debuting a black ceramic case and matching bracelet. The case has a diameter of 42mm and is water-resistant to 100 meters. Another premiere is the usage of the Petite Tapisserie decor, a variation of the signature pattern which was previously reserved for some references in gold or titanium.

The dial presents the same matte black hues as the case, bracelet, push-pieces, bezel, and crown and offers a high legibility. Each of the counters is accompanied by a white hand creating a distinct contrast that is further accentuated by a disc of white Arabic numerals. The vertically arranged layout, with the small seconds at 6 o’clock, elapsed minutes at 9 o’clock, elapsed hours at 12 o’clock, and circular date window at 3 o’clock, was first introduced in 2021.

Powering the Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Chronograph is Caliber 4404 with a power reserve of 70 hours. The integrated automatic movement is equipped with a flyback function and features a column-wheel control and vertical clutch mechanism. Its striking finishing quality and sophisticated chronograph details come to life through the exhibition case back on the reverse side of this debutante.

Pricing for the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Chronograph is marked at $84,400.
