Inside the advanced timepiece beats the innovative SIC®-Spring silicon assembly, which is equipped with a silicon hairspring and a silicon escape wheel. These components are instrumental in producing one of the most robust and accurate everyday watches in the world.

The DC87 combines the proven quality features of the ice-hardened stainless steel case with the highly refined manufactory movement C51-6, which enables precise reading of the stop minute directly from the center. The integration of the new silicon technology not only improves the rate accuracy, but also increases the longevity and durability of the watch.

A technical and design highlight – the dial is covered with luminescent 3D appliqués in black, the hands are chamfered and PVD-coated. The red seconds, stop minute and counting hands of the hour chronograph with matching bilight are particularly striking and form a strong contrast towards the white dial.

This timepiece is the result of extensive expertise in case, movement and special component construction and underlines DAMASKO‘s independence within the international watchmaking industry. The DC87 is therefore not only a timepiece, but also an example of technical innovation and master craftsmanship.

DC87 with ice hardened stainless steel bracelet and adjustable manufactory folding clasp

As a matching accessory for this timepiece, DAMASKO offers the new manufactory folding clasp with ice-hardened steel bracelet in 22mm. Individually adjustable for every wrist, with a fine adjustment range of 20mm.

The mechanism of the manufactory folding clasp can be adjusted in 2.5 mm increments by pressing the particularly pressure-friendly push buttons on both sides. This is even possible without taking off or opening the bracelet.

To ensure maximum wearing comfort, the clasp has a geometry that follows the natural curve of the arm.

The folding clasp is locked using a safety pull mechanism. This even provides acoustic feedback when closing.

In addition, as is usual for all Damasko products, each stainless steel component is surface-hardened to maximum depth. All screw components are made from the tried and tested titanium grade 5 material already used in Damasko bracelets.

All components are manufactured in our highly specialized production facility and can justifiably call themselves a piece of “German engineering”.

It is also available with a 22mm wide rubber strap in various lengths.
