Over the years, many new materials have found their way into the watch world — whether used on dials, in bracelets, or as case material. Watches made from different metals not only feel differently on the wrist, because of factors such as weight — titanium is lighter than steel, for example — but can even take on differing appearances after long periods of usage, which is particularly noticeable with watches made from bronze. How much do you know about the various metals and other materials currently used in the watch production? Take our quiz and find out for yourself.
How well did you do? Which questions were the most difficult? Did you learn anything new? Let us know in the comments section (below).

Obtained 75% correct responses. I found it very exciting to tackle the challenging questions. Yes I think I learned a lot in this last year through reading your inteesting articles. Please keep your fine watch reviews coming.
I feel a bit let down to have discovered this fantastic hobby so late in life. So I need to catch up before I go. I am almost 67. But since last year I have bought a few lovely watches one of which is a manual wind alarm. I am scouting to buy a chronograph next. The 3 in my run up are = 1. Speedmaster 2. Daytona 3. Bristling. Who knows?
Testing knowledge is fine, but providing one is even better.
