Jaeger-LeCoultre has announced its latest consumer-minded offering with the new Care Program – a highly personalized digital platform with unique services that include an international warranty of eight years across all clock and watches. The addition of an eight-year warranty eclipses the benchmark set by Rolex and Omega (in addition to a few other smaller brands) of five years.
Launched earlier this week, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Care Program will cater to each customer’s personal collection with a focus on making the service process easier as well as the warranty extension going into effect upon online registration of the timepiece. After the watch or clock is registered, collectors will be able to access customized servicing throughout the life of their timepiece including in-store value-added services and pre-configured digital tools giving direct access to the craftsmen at Jaeger-LeCoultre’s manufacture. If you’ve recently purchased a watch from an authorized JLC dealer and it is still under the factory warranty, then it will be extended to the full eight-year term upon registration.
